Delivery Areas We currently deliver to addresses within the United Kingdom only.
Processing Times Orders are processed within 1–2 business days (Monday to Friday, excluding UK public holidays). You will receive a confirmation email once your order has been dispatched.
Delivery Timeframes Standard delivery: 3–5 business days Royal Mail 48 Tracked: 2–3 business days
Please note that delivery times may be longer during peak seasons or adverse weather conditions.

- Orders of £19.99 or more: FREE delivery via Royal Mail 48 Tracked
Plant Care During Transit We take great care in packaging your plants to ensure they arrive in excellent condition. All plants are securely packaged to minimise movement and protect foliage during transit. If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery.
Order Tracking Orders sent via Royal Mail 48 Tracked will receive a tracking number by email so you can monitor your delivery.
